1. prices are available for minimum 2 services ( polish change, gel remover, nail design are not included )
2. prices for packages are available for minimum 6 people and up ( 15% discount)
3. freshcoat beauty is required under New York State law to charge an additional sales tax per transaction.
4. Tips are not included Gratuities are gratefully received to acknowledge good service. The typical range is 15-20% of the treatment price and can be added to your credit card payment or paid in cash at the time of service.
5. We require 48hrs notice (email & call) for ALL Cancellations to avoid the FULL charges for the services booked.
6. Appointments made within 48 Hrs, and cancelled within 12 hrs will be charged a $50 rebooking fee in order to continue booking services through freshcoat beatuy
7. Appointments booked within less than 24 hours are required to reschedule at-least 6 hours before your service starts, to avoid the Non-refundable/Non-transeferable Reservation Fee of $50.
8. f you are late for your appointment, your services WILL be altered to fit the remaining time. You will be charged for requested additional time, if it's available. You Will be charged in Full for same day cancellations and No Shows.
9. Please expect us to be 30 minutes early to 1Hr late due to traffic and other factors.
10. Please be aware that using a credit card to pay incurs a 3.5% service fee. When paying via Zelle or Venmo, there is no fee.
11. In the interest of your safety and comfort, let us know of any medical issues including medications, pregnancy, allergies, etc. that may affect the outcome of your treatment. We consider this and any other personal information to be highly confidential and treated with absolute discretion.
12. We urge you to communicate your preferences, medical conditions and expectations so that your in-home experience is maximized.

14. A credit card is the only form of payment we accept for services booked through freshcoat beauty. Credit card information will be taken when an appointment is booked and will be charged 24 hours prior to your appointment. If freshcoat beauty is unable to complete a transaction or hold a deposit on a client’s credit card, no appointment will be booked or reserved. A minimum call out fee of $50 is required at the time of booking.
